Everyone loves s’mores when they’re at a campfire, but sometimes, the same old graham cracker, Hershey’s chocolate, and mallow gets old. We had the idea this weekend to put peanut butter on our s’mores, but instead of bringing a jar of peanut butter and a Hershey’s chocolate bar to the campfire, why not bring Reese’s peanut butter cups instead? If it was possible to make a s’more even less healthy, I think we accomplished it.
The key is to melt the peanut butter cup on the graham cracker while you’re roasting your marshmallow. The chocolate melts a lot and the peanut butter just slightly, and it is just delicious!
